🏊🚴🏃 Swim. Ride. Run. – Triathlon spirit with VISCO JET 🏊🚴🏃
Once again this year, VISCO JET took part in the Lauchringen Triathlon Night. Our sport-enthusiastic colleagues gave it their all across 400 m of swimming, 18 km of cycling, and 5 km of running.
With energy, endurance and plenty of fun, they mastered these challenges and proved their commitment goes far beyond the workplace. At the finish line, refreshing drinks, great vibes, and the well-earned pride of having achieved something special together were waiting 🏅.

„Precision and quality – from manufacturing to customer service!“
Our Assembly Department takes care of the production and assembly of the agitators according to the specifications provided by the Technical Department and the details in the order folder. This includes bill of materials, drawings, and order data to ensure a seamless production process.
In addition to assembly, the department also handles repair and maintenance tasks and is responsible for the setup and operation of machines. Continuous dimensional inspections of manufactured products according to QM guidelines, as well as self-monitoring at each work step, ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained 🛠️✨.
The department`s tasks also include post-processing, creating acceptance and test reports, as well as labeling and packaging the VISCO JET agitators. Furthermore, the Assembly Department performs on-site installations at customer locations and supports setup and dismantling at trade shows.

„Präzision und Qualität – von der Fertigung bis zum Kundenservice!“
Unsere Montageabteilung ist verantwortlich für die Fertigung und Montage der Rührwerke gemäß den Vorgaben aus der Konstruktion und den Angaben in der Auftragsmappe. Dazu gehören Stücklisten, Zeichnungen und Auftragsdaten, die eine reibungslose Produktion sicherstellen.
Neben der Montage übernimmt die Abteilung auch Reparatur- und Wartungsaufgaben und ist für das Einrichten und Bedienen der Maschinen zuständig. Eine laufende Maßkontrolle der produzierten Produkte nach QM-Richtlinien sowie die Selbstkontrolle pro Arbeitsschritt gewährleisten, dass höchste Qualitätsstandards eingehalten werden 🛠️✨.
Zu den Aufgaben der Abteilung gehören ebenfalls Nachbearbeitungen, das Erstellen von Abnahme- und Prüfprotokollen, sowie das Verpacken und Etikettieren der VISCO JET Rührwerke. Darüber hinaus führt die Montageabteilung auch Montageeinsätze beim Kunden durch und unterstützt den Auf- und Abbau bei Messen.
