Flexible agitator – from bucket to drum
VISCO JET® compact column agitator is an excellent solution for fast, uncomplicated and flexible agitating processes in containers with heights of up to 500 mm or 900 mm and is therefore ideal for all agitating processes, from 30 litre buckets to 200 litre drums.
Depending on the agitating task, the VJ400 can optionally be equipped with a 1.1 kW or 1.5 kW drive. Further options can be selected, such as a lift height of 500 mm or 900 mm, different control and switch set variants, a lid solution and a container clamp to optimally adapt the agitator to the requirements of the agitating process.
In the ATEX version, this agitator is also ideal for use in zones 1 or 21.

The VJ400 is the compact column agitator offering maximum flexibility and safety for both product and operator in a range of model sizes and styles.

Operation of the agitator is only enabled after positive feedback from the safety switches.

- Ground or electropolished finish of all components in contact with the product with Ra<0.8 µm or Ra<0.4 µm for even easier, faster and safer cleaning
- Different control variants with safety category SIL3, which make the manufacturing process more efficient and reproducible, e.g. by setting the stirring speed and stirring time.
- Automatic cable retractor for effortless cable stowage and to prevent tripping or damage to the cable
