Simple container agitator 

For screwing directly onto IBC containers

The VISCO JET® VJ300 is a robust, easy-to-use and flexible agitator that helps you optimise your production processes. It offers maximum safety for your products and operators and can be used for both simple and aseptic applications. The agitator is inserted directly through the upper DN150 opening of the IBC and attached to the threaded connector – a quick and uncomplicated solution.

The agitators are equipped with the powerful VISCO JET®CLASSIC in the expander version and can agitate aqueous media up to a viscosity of 1,000 mPas. This guarantees effective mixing of your products and higher product quality.

This agitator is also available for use in ATEX zone 1.

The VJ300 container agitator can be attached directly to the IBC spout using the screw cap and, if required, transported to the customer on the container so that the product can be stirred quickly and easily before further processing.

VISCO JET® EXPANDER impeller as a CLASSIC version

The foldable impeller unfolds to a diameter of 300 mm due to the rotating of the agitator inside the container

  • Version for use in the food sector including sterile filter and FDA-compliant union nut
  • Ground or electropolished finish of all components in contact with the product with Ra<0.8 µm or Ra<0.4 µm for even easier, faster and safer cleaning
  • Different switch set variants that make the production process more efficient and reproducible, e.g. by adjusting the stirring speed and stirring duration
  • ATEX design of the agitator for zone 1 in the container according to the requirements of Directive 2014/34/EU
