Holistic training – that is our ultimate goal!
During training, our trainees assume responsibility for their own tasks, collaborate on a wide range of topics in apprentice projects and gain an insight into all VISCO JET® departments.
In regular feedback meetings, progress is analysed and further training is planned. This enables us to respond individually and proactively, in solution-oriented manner, to a variety of situations and thus provide high-quality training.

Your benefits
We offer apprenticeships in the following trades:
During your apprenticeship, you will assist the sales department with creating new offers, organise the smooth processing of orders through to delivery, procure required parts in materials management and monitor the receipt of invoices in accounting. In addition, you will familiarise yourself with processes in marketing, product management, HR and other departments at VISCO JET®. By actively participating in cross-divisional trainee projects, you will expand your social, methodological and personal skills.
During your training, you will assist engineers with designing a wide range of parts and their drawings, process new orders in a customer-oriented manner and be in constant contact with the Sales, Customer and Production departments. In addition, you will familiarise yourself with processes in other departments at VISCO JET®. By actively participating in cross-divisional trainee projects, you will expand your social, methodological and personal skills.
During your training, you will assist the production department with the mechanical assembly, wiring, maintenance and repair of our agitators. You will also be responsible for implementing customised software and final tests. In addition, you will familiarise yourself with processes in other departments at VISCO JET®. By actively participating in cross-divisional trainee projects, you will expand your social, methodological and personal skills.
